All of our electrologists are experienced, with up to 30 years in practice. We are Certified Professional Electrologists (CPE'S). This is a national certification we achieved through the American Electrology Association (AEA). The AEA has a continuing education program in which we must participate in order to maintain our CPE designation. We chose to become CPE'S because the state of Minnesota does not have any requirements for the professional electrologist. We also follow the "Infection Control Standards for the Practice of Electrology", compiled by the AEA. These are consistent with the "Universal Precautions for Infection Control", as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.
